I had been getting skin treatment a few years ago when Dr. Bach Suong's clinic was at the tiny old place, which I could not remember on which street because it was long time ago, plus it was a terrible nightmare experience that I did not want to keep in my memory. I did not have a chance to write a comment at that moment. However, now I would like to share my experience about this clinic, just in case you would like to consider CAREFULLY before decide to come here.
I would not talk about the old place because I noticed that she moved to another place, which seems to be larger and better. Whoever got treated a few years ago like me would know how terrible it was.
I would talk about the time problem, and the way they manage and treat their patients.
Regarding to time, they started about 4-5 PM, and all patients have to take to number in person, and stay at the place physically in NO LESS THAN 8 HOURS to see the doctor. That means, if the patient came at 5PM, they would finish treatment about 1AM in the next day. Please note that is the ideal time, some of them have to wait much longer. The way they managed the waiting time was absolutely NOT PROFESSIONAL.
Nevertheless, the time was such the huge issue but the worst part is about Dr. Bach Suong and her husband's attitude. They were rude to the patients and just cared about how many people come and how much they could get from them, but the patients' heath condition. I have no clue why they could have a clinic while they were treating patients like trash. Every time I tried to ask questions politely about my skin condition, medication, or light treatment, Dr. Suong just said that what I said was nonsense in a very RUDE way without explaining me why. She really had a problem with handling her anger, and she has NEITHER EMPATHY NOR SYMPATHY OR PATIENCE, which is what every doctor should have before they decide to do the job that we call "CURE AND HELP PATIENTS". After all the mess I got during the treatment here, the problem is my skin DID NOT GET ANY BETTER.
Finally, I could not stand anymore but had to search for help from another dermatologist. And he was way better, nicer, and more helpful than Dr. Suong.
Dr. Suong was the WORST DOCTOR I ever had in my life.
