Letter/Certificate of no impediment issued by the respective Embassies or relevant Government authorities to show that there are no impediments for the parties to marry under the laws of their respective home countries. The document should include the particulars of both parties to the intended marriage (name, date of birth, nationality, citizen identity/passport). If your document is in a foreign language, we will require the document to be translated to English. The original document and the English translated copy must be authenticated by your countries’ Embassies in Singapore or Ministry of Foreign Affairs in your countries and further endorsed by the Singapore Consulate in that country.

xác nhận tình trang hôn nhân thì em có thể xin ở ĐSQ Việt Nam ở Singapore được không? Nếu được thì họ sẽ cấp cho mình bản tiếng Anh luôn phải không ạ?
