Bx bạn pv ngày mấy . Mình 1/12 mà visa vẫn ready gọi lên lãnh sự quán thì nó nói hãy đợi hết 2 tuần làm việc không có visa hõ liên hệ nó . Mình mua vé 12/12 rồi giờ dời ngày lại . Mình nghĩ việc khũng bố không liên quan vì Việt Nam mình ko dín với is hay các nước hồi giáo . Chắc visa cuối năm và vừa nghĩ lễ tạ ơn lượng hồ sơ nó nhìu . Khi nào có visa cho mình hay he .

Đây là thông tin cho những bạn thắc mắc về thời gian hs của mình nhé. Chỉ đơn giản là hs bị quá tải ở nhiều service center mà thôi, và cũng có thể là thời điểm mình nộp hs. Cái này cũng là hên xui thôi. Và chậm trể thêm là vì lý do hs nộp bị thiếu v.v..
Nói gọn thông tin ở dưới là cơ quan USCIS có thông báo là hs sẽ chuyễn đến nơi khác vì nhiều nơi bị quá tải, và họ sẽ thông báo với ng petioner nếu hs transfer. USCIS recently made two operational changes to balance our overall workload.
Workload Realignment
USCIS recently began transferring some Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, cases filed by lawful permanent residents for their eligible family members from the Vermont Service Center to the California Service Center.
If your case was transferred, USCIS will send you a notice listing the transfer date and where your case will be processed. Your original receipt number will not change and this will not delay the processing of your cases except for the additional time needed to transfer the file.
Effective March 27, 2015, USCIS will transfer the adjudication of some cases to balance our overall workload. The affected cases include those filed with the following forms:"
