''If you are a teacher looking to work here, don't. This school is run for one reason; to make money. The owners don't care about anything but. The owners have decided to cut pay to such low limits that all experienced staff will probably be gone within 2 years. They change the pay structure every year and you will have to negotiate on your own contract for how much you want and they will offer it on a whim to the people they like. The housing allowance is insufficient and is going down somehow so you will have to have a roommate or live in a subpar apartment. The classroom has little to no resources and there have been cases of class sizes being so big there aren't enough desks or textbooks. In the coming years, this school will be full of first year teachers that can't get jobs in Canada. The owners don't respect you as a teacher and care even less about the students. The future of this school looks bad for teachers, which will filter down to the students. If you're a parent reading this, the only thing keeping the school afloat are the teachers, but the quality will begin to go down. Don't support this school and the owners, they are just bad people.
If you're looking at BCIS, somehow it is even worse! ''
