What I am doing when I am in the bad mood. Well....In the old day when I was younger and all of my friends were single. I would call them out for a drink. In the old day, I did not have money like I have now to have an expensive way of release the stress such as shopping. So we would go out and have some fun. But now all of my friends are married. And everything was changed. Most of my friends are men. They are married and busy of earning money.....so Neither because I don't want to disturb them nor their wives. so I am better try to fix my problem. Now how can I fix my problem? It's funny because as a woman I always knew how trouble women can be. And too many women will create trouble. But after married I found down that be friend and only friend is not easy like it's used to be. So I start having new female friends.....And many of them from the internet.....And thank God, we have internet...life is getting much easier. Now when I am sad. I will ask some of female friends from the Internet and we go out. seeing movie, shopping, coffee, meal....
There is 2 way of making you feel better are: 1) renew yourself: having a new haircut, dyeing or flatting or curling, trying new ridiculous clothes or shoes, attend in some kind of courses. 2) Turn the music as loud as you can or your neighbor can accept, cleaning the house, moving furniture, make it complete different like it was before.

It's just my feeling. Maybe I am working in BE company hence the BE accent is so familiar with me.
I heard AE accent from VOA news, I had to pause for breath while listening articles because of up and down tone's broadcasters: RollingEy: :RollingEy: :RollingEy:.
I suppose it's only my problem because most of Vietnamese like to speak AE accent. Anyway I admit AE style be easier than BE :Kiss: :Kiss:.

There is not only one same way to learn English...it's easy to say like " My experience to learn English is...blah blah, then if you do it like me, you'll be good too..." I don't think it works.
The point is: You need to love what you do, and what you learn.Dig into it and feel comfortable with it.
Me Rùa is doing very well.Even talk to yourself, read it out loud what you wrote. or you can record your voice , then listen to it,point out the word sounds weird, to remember to correct it next time.
You don't really need to imitate exactly the voice or accent of a native speaking E, but it's important to say it clearly,right stress, right pronunciation.
