I am going to share a little about the California school systems here if you guys are interested. Maybe you can share the VN system too.
For public schools, we are assigned a school based on our home address. Each student in the same grade takes the same test nationwide each year. The average score for each school is published for parents to see the school performance. Schools are also funded by real estate taxes. So the schools that have the most expensive homes, and the most affluent, well educated parents usually rank the highest.
California schools are the worst in the country. This is because we are largely made up of immigrants who pay very little taxes, and have parents who don't speak English.
Typically, 3-4 small elementary schools feed into one middle school. Then 2-3 middle schools feed into one high school. I have managed to keep my boys in decent elementary and middle schools so far. But our public high school draw students from such a big area that its programs drop dramatically. The school focus more on making sure kids don't fail instead of providing programs for the smart kids to excel. If I don't move them to a private school, they will not be prepared adequately for college.

Hi thaoda, thx for your comment. I do know that it is not good for my health, really admire people who are just calm naturally. Both of my parents are hot headed so it comes as no surprise that I'm one myself. I might try to do some sort of exercise at the weekends , thx for sharing with me anyways.
Keeping calm, that did not come as a nature, that is a result you got if you learn that keeping calm is best way but not getting upset. Then humanity sometime could not keep his temper as facially indicated.. hahah
