cho dù bạn có SSN rồi thì cũng không thể đi làm được ngay đâu, phải chờ work permit về rồi mới đi làm được. Work permit thì nhanh, khoảng 1-2 tháng sau khi làm biometrics là có àh. Mà bạn đã cưới rồi thì cứ việc nộp đơn xin GC + Travel doc + Work permit đi, có SSN rồi hay chưa có cũng không ăn nhập gì cả. SSN ko có nằm trong danh sách điều kiện cần phải có để apply GC.

Sao mà em lo xa vậy? Em chỉ cần nộp đơn trước 90 ngày sau khi vào Mỹ. Em vào Mỹ bâo lâu rồi? Hết hạn visa thì có sao đâu, căn cứ vào ngày trên form I-94 (là ngày vào Mỹ) chứ không dựa vào ngày hết hạn visa nhe.
