Em đang cần up rất nhiều hình vào tài khoản flick nhưng hiện giờ đã bị chặn, Yahoo đề nghị mình phải mua tài khoản Pro để không bị giới hạn nhưng vì mình không có tài khoản để chuyển tiền quốc tế.

With your free account you are limited to how much you can upload each calendar month, up to 100MB. Once you’ve uploaded your photos to Flickr they count against the 100MB bandwidth limit, deleting photos will not adjust your limit (Read more).
