Các Mẹ ơi đây là thực đơn ăn dặm cho bé từ lúc bắt đầu đến khi bé được 1 tuổi đây ạ. Em chỉ có bản tiếng anh nên em copy nguyên vào để các Mẹ tham khảo nhé. Có loại thức ăn nào các Mẹ ko biết thì em sẽ cố gắng chụp hình rồi đưa lên. Cái này được áp dụng ở Canada. Em ko biết các nước khác thì thế nào ạ.


From 6 – 7 months:


- Baby cereals: rice, barley, oat


- Vegetable: squash, zucchini, sweet p otato, yellow beans, green beans, carrot


- Fruit: Apple, peach, pear, banana


- Meat: lamb, chicken, turkey


From 7 – 9 months:


- Baby cereal: soy, wheat, mixed, with added fruits or vegetables


- Vegetable: broccoli, Brussel sprout (giống như giá đỗ), cauliflower, corn, potato, asparagus (măng tây), green peas


- Fruit: avocado (quả bơ), plum (mận), apricot, nectarine, pineapple, purrees composed of mixed fruits already introduced, unsweetened juice(apple, grape, pear, pineapple, prune)


- Meat: cooked egg yolk, veal, beef, pork, liver (max 30ml/week), fish (haddock, halibut sole, turbot, cod, brook trout, and others, except lake trout), horse meat, game meat (thịt thú rừng)


From 9 – 12 months:


- oatmeal, toast or dry bread, pasta, short grain or basmati rice, barley, millet, couscous, rusk, low salt crackers, bread sticks, baby biscuits enriched with iron (“Farley’s”, …), rice cakes, plain biscuits low in sugar, pita bread (tortilla: bánh mỳ ngô)


- Vegetable: turnip, beet, spinach, tomato and its juice, vegetable juice, cooked onion, garlic and celery


- Fruit: cantaloupe, melon, cut-up seedless grapes and cherries, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, raspberries, orange, Clementine, grapefruit, unsweetened juices (orange, grapefruit, mixed fruits)


- Legumes (peas, beens, lentils, …), tofu


- 3,25% milk , cheese (cottage, ricotta, quark, cheddar, mozzarella), plain yogurt


From 1 year old:


- Baby cereals (“toddlers”, “nutrios”), whole grain or enriched cereal (low in sugar), muffin, English muffin, bagel, pancake, waffle, French toast, dessert bread, cereal bar


- Mushrooms, cucumber, lettuce, snow peas, mango, papaya, all fruits and vegetables cut-up, seedless and without the peel, kiwi, cooked cranberries, unsweetened tropical fruit juice


- Seafood (shrimps, lobters, scanllops), Pollock, salmon, canned tuna, imitation crab


- Peanuts, nuts, and ground seeds, creamy peanut butter, whole egg, lean cold cuts (ham, turkey breast, roast beef)


- Variety of cheeses, processed cheese (spreadable or sliced), fruit flavoured yogurt, flavoured fresh cheeses (“Minigo”, “Petit Danimals”, ..), ice-cream, frozen yogurt and milk, tapioca, milk pudding, rice pudding
